Perv w* nked at neighbour

A PERVERT wanked in the window of his home – in full view of a neighbour.

Robert Dempsey, 45, pleaded guilty to the offence when he appeared in court.

He admitted that on November 27 he conducted himself in a disorderly manner by masturbating in front of a window inside the house, where he could be seen by others from outside, and committed a breach of the peace.

Depute fiscal Alisdair Shaw told the court the complainer was a neighbour in Dunfermline, Fife.

Defence solicitor Selina Mackay said that her client was now living in a new address.

Sentence was deferred for reports until April 12.
