PLAYBOY BABE FACES JAIL OVER NAKED GRAN SNAP

A PLAYBOY model is facing SIX MONTHS in jail after a judge ruled she must stand trial for secretly taking a snap of a nude woman and sharing the image on social media.

Dani Mathers, who was the 2015 “Playmate of the Year,” took a photo of a naked 70- year- old lady at her gym in July last year and posted it on Snapchat, with the message: “If I can’t unsee this, then you can’t either.”

The photo outraged many of Mathers’s fans and quickly spread on social media as people slammed the Playboy model for “bodyshaming”.

Mathers, 30, is charged with invasion of privacy under a California law that makes it illegal to photograph an “identifiable person” without their permission.

The charge carries a maximum six months in jail for first offenders.

Mathers’s legal team said the woman in the photograph could not be identified, so there was no case to answer.

But judge Gustavo Sztraicher disagreed and the nude model’s trial will start on Friday.
