Drugged-up van driver had w*nk in busy tunnel

A MAN was arrested after parking his VAN in the middle of a busy road tunnel – to have a WANK!

Ismael Esquilin, 48, was high on killer drug PCP when he pulled up his Dodge van and had a tug in New York’s Lincoln Tunnel, which takes traffic under the Hudson River to the west of Manhattan.

When police arrived to investigate the van, they found Esquilin shedding his clothes and “performing a lewd act,” Port Authority spokesman Joe Pentangelo told newsmen.

Cops also found a glass pipe and PCP.

Esquilin ( above) was charged with driving under the influence, reckless driving, drug possession and impeding traffic.
