BACKPACKERS have been unwittingly funding North Korea’s nuclear programme by staying in the Berlin Cityhostel, owned by the Pyongyang regime.

The building is owned by the North Korean embassy next door, which funnels the £ 32,000 rent back to the lunatic regime.
