Sheriff axed over ‘night tug in park’

A SHERIFF accused of exposing himself and furiously masturbating has been suspended for 40 days.

Sheriff Jeff Mann ( above) was arrested after a police officer allegedly saw him pleasuring himself in a park.

Mann is said to have flashed his private parts and then led the bike cop on a foot chase before he was finally caught.

The area of Piedmont Park in Atlanta, Georgia, where Mann was seen is ‘ known for sexual acts after dark,’ the cop wrote in his arrest report.

Georgia Governor Nathan Deal issued an executive order which suspended DeKalb County Sheriff Jeff Mann from duty.

Mann has pleaded not guilty to charges of indecency and obstruction. His trial is scheduled for July 7.
