‘PIT BULL BUMMER’ AVOIDS LIFE IN JAIL
A MAN accused by his bitter ex- wife of having sex with a pit bull, has walked free from court.
Michael Czeiszperger, 37, had faced life in prison for sodomy charges, because of his sex offender status.
Following the acquital his lawyer, John Melton, said: “There was a total lack of evidence. It was a whole case built on conjecture.”
Trauma
The only person who believed Czeiszperger was bumming the dog was his estranged wife, Tambra, who never saw the act take place.
A vet in Saginaw, Michigan, said although there was some internal trauma to the mutt, what had caused it is inconclusive, and that the pit bull’s behaviour was also submissive and out of the ordinary for the breed.
The ex- wife testified that she thought the dog had been bummed because of the “look on his face” and that “he had a look of horror”.
While sodomy can FREE: Czeiszperger ( left) and a pit bull carry a 15- year term, Michael Czeiszperger’s previous conviction in 2002 of having sex with a 15- year- old labelled him a “sexually delinquent person” and enhanced the possible penalty to life in prison.
