PRETTY pin- up Emma was crowned Miss Great Britain in 2004 – and with such cracking 32E belters it’s easy to see why she won. And the sexy stunna, from Halesworth, Suffolk, has been seducing glamour fans for more than a decade. Now 34, she’s also done a spot of TV presenting and is still whipping out her boobs for the camera. But her career could have come to a grinding halt five years ago, thanks to a little- known condition.

At night, in her sleep, Emma would unknowingly grind her teeth.

It gave her jaw a square appearance as a result of the muscles being overworked.

She went to a cosmetic dentist for revolutionary treatment.

A dilute form of Botox was injected to relax Emma’s facial muscles and soften her jaw line.

She said: “I can’t believe how much happier I am with my looks. My face appears much slimmer and less puffy.

“My confidence is so much higher and I love smiling for pictures as well as posing.”
