Sex and shitting in street pair face trail

A WOMAN has appeared in court to face charges of shagging and shitting in a city centre street.

Claire Hillier, 42, pleaded not guilty to outraging public decency by having sex in public with 45- year- old Steven Harvey, who also denies any wrongdoing.

The pair were arrested following an incident in Plymouth on August 3 last year.

In addition, Hillier pleaded not guilty to a separate act of outraging public decency on October 27 last year when she was arrested for “defecating in a public car park in open view of the surrounding area”.

When they appeared at Plymouth Magistrates’ Court they both pleaded not guilty, and will now appear at Plymouth Crown Court on April 9.
