During an investigation, authorities interviewed Cruz Perez who initially denied the allegations.

But he later admitted the pissy incidents after cops suggested they might conduct DNA testing on the bottle.

He then claimed it was an accident and he had taken a slash in the bottle because he was desperate to go but was too busy to leave his work station.

He added that he didn’t mean for the colleague to drink the water.

Cruz Perez was charged with two counts of adulterating a substance with bodily fluids.

When Cruz Perez made his first appearance in court, his lawyer said his client had not yet entered a plea in the case.
