A MAN was charged with indecent exposure after he was found WANKING in a public library – while reading a CHEESE book.

Robert Midgley, 44, from Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, allegedly fondled himself and exposed his genitals in the Coyle Free Library.

A female victim saw the solo sex act and called the police.

Cops reviewed CCTV footage, which showed the act taking place.

Staff members were able to identify Midgley, who had made numerous visits to the library – always to read up about cheese or dairy- based products.
