Teen ‘ told to drop pants by boss who had dildo up bum’

A TEENAGER was asked for BUM SEX by his coke- crazed, crossdressing boss on his first day at work at an air- conditioning firm.

Stunned Matthias Ameer, 19, watched in horror as 74- year- old Thomas Fleet lifted up the hem of his skirt and pulled a foot- long dildo out of his arse.

In a lawsuit, Ameer tells the tale of a cocaine- snorting male boss who allegedly surprised him by dressing in women’s clothes, then whipped out a foot- long pink sex toy and insisted Ameer drop his pants – all while gay porn was playing on a TV in his office.

Ameer endured the bizarre sexual harassment after completing his first day on the job at Fleet Mechanical Systems, an HVAC repair company in Maspeth, New York, in October 2017, according to the lawsuit filed in Manhattan federal court.

Ameer, who was then 19, fled the office and has since moved to Maryland.

He is suing Fleet for discrimination and retaliation. He is seeking damages, lost wages, attorney’s fees and a trial by jury.
