That was the message from Newcastle schoolboy Kian Musgrove after he took delivery of boxes packed with gifts from the X Factor music mogul.

The special delivery was made to Kian’s Tyneside home as he returned from America following pioneering cancer treatment as efforts are made to rid his body of an aggressive form of cancer.

For a year, the Britain’s Got Talent judge helped pay for Kian, along with his mum Kat, to fly to New York to undergo the specialist care at a cancer hospital in the city.

Knowing Kian had to spend Christmas and the start of the year in America, Simon decided to arrange a special surprise for when the fiveyear-old finally returned to the UK. And what a surprise it was. After travelling back to Newbiggin Hall this month, Kian arrived to find boxes of toys waiting for him to unwrap. The presents included: A Polo hat, scarf and gloves A Harrods blanket A Harrods teddy bear A pop-out book and a dinosaur book A Soggy Doggy game CubeBot figures

Mum Kat, 29, said: “Because we spent Christ- mas and a lot of the new year in New York, we didn’t realise that Simon had bought all of these lovely things.

“Kian couldn’t believe it when all the boxes arrived; his little face lit up.

“Inside the parcels there was a note from Simon, wishing Kian a belated Happy Christmas.”

The family, including Kian’s big sister Katie, six, are now waiting for tests results to find out what the current situation is with Kian’s condition.
