CELEB Sarah’s coy over old pal

-

CELEBRITY Big Brother kicked off this week for another season – and once again it has got people talking.

And while there aren’t any Geordies in the house this season, one well-known Geordie princess is hot topic.

Cheryl’s former Girls Aloud bandmate Sarah Harding is in house and has been talking about her private life.

It was reported that Cheryl was worried about her spilling secrets in-house – and now Sarah has opened up about her fractured relationship with the Geordie star.

Prior to Sarah’s entrance to the TV madhouse, a source claimed Cheryl was “concerned about what Sarah might say about her,” and now she’s in, she has opened up about their friendship.

The discussion was prompted by CBB housemate Jem Lucy who quizzed Sarah about her time in Girls Aloud and whether or not she was still close to Cheryl.

After joking that she always felt so huge next to “Polly Pocket” Cheryl, Sarah said: “I haven’t spoken to her in a while, since we were doing The Xtra Factor and stuff.”

As Jemma probed further, asking “did you fall out?” Sarah replied: “Everyone’s asking that! We’re just so busy with our own stuff and you know what I mean...

“I don’t like bringing it up – talking about the other girls if it’s a personal thing.’

“We were like sisters, so of course it was never going to be plain sailing the whole time - being around girls all the time it’s difficult sometimes.

“Nothing’s forever. We went through a lot together, so nothing lasts forever. Even if we had fell out I’m sure it wouldn’t be a major deal in the future.’

Sarah broke down in tears while talking in the Diary Room where she admitted she doesn’t have a thick skin and has been frequently hurt by the media.

The 35-year-old said she was “sick of being judged on the past” and spoke about her “trials and tribulations” over the years.

Sarah looked deeply sad as she contemplated her past, but composed herself to continue speaking to Big Brother.

She said: “I want to make the most of this experience. It’s not every day you get another opportunity to sort of make the most of your life.”

Before Sarah went into Celebrity Big Brother, much was made about Cheryl apparently un-following her former bandmate on Twitter.

And then, whether a coincidence or a thinly veiled dig at the new mum, Sarah took to Instagram to post ‘Remember, those who hurt you will eventually face their own karma.’
