CELEB Chantelle spoiling for a fight with Jem
THEY were rumoured to be seeing each other earlier this year but there’s clearly no love lost between ex-Geordie Shore star Chantelle Connelly and Celebrity Big Brother’s Jemma Lucy.
Chantelle has sided with the viewing public when it comes to Jem – slamming her for her treatment of Girls Aloud singer Sarah Harding.
And Chantelle says she’d love to go into the CBB house and take her down a peg or two.
Tensions reached boiling point on Wednesday night when Jem, who famously slept with Geordie Gaz Beadle on Ex on the Beach, and Sarah traded blows with Jem calling her “a s**g,” and Sarah responding: “At least I’m not famous for s******g on TV!”
Chantelle and Jem were very close at the start of the year but have since had a falling out – evident in Chantelle’s tweet on CBB launch night....
“If a dog can win Britain’s got talent then MAYBE @Jemma Lucy has a chance of winning @ bbuk #dead”
And the High Heaton reality star says Jem’s attitude stinks.
“This is the real Jemma Lucy. I knew her true colours would come out,” she told The Chronicle.
“I found the way she went in on Sarah very uncomfortable to watch. But that’s exactly what Jem’s like. She gets personal.
“Her attitude is terrible and when I was with her she hardly had any friends.”
And Chantelle is so keen to knock Jem off her perch that she’d happily accept an invite to go into Celebrity Big Brother.
“I would definitely go in there and I would confront her 100%. But if I was to go in I’d want to go in now and not near the end.
“I wouldn’t waste any time. I think there’s people in that house that are intimidated by her but she’ll love that. She puts herself on this pedestal.
“I think Sarah can be pushed over the edge quite easy by what people say but Jem should be conscious of that instead of going for her. It was during a holiday to the Caribbean with her that I started to see the real Jemma.
“She would accuse me of being confrontational when it was really her.”
Rather surprisingly Jem escaped nomination for Friday night’s eviction which saw Karthik Nagesan leave the house.
