TONY SMITH – A

CORRECTION On Sunday, July 23, 2017, we reported that Tony Smith had been“fined almost £1,000 after being caught fly-tipping” (“Gardener shame”).

Mr Smith was in fact fined a total of £864 with costs after pleading guilty to a charge of failing to provide waste transfer notes or a waste carrier licence. We are happy to make this clear.
