Man hurt in trowel attack
A MAN suffered facial injuries after being hit with a trowel during a road rage altercation.
It happened on Wolviston Road, near to Whitehouse Road, Billingham, at around 11.15am on Monday, September 3.
The 53-year-old man driving a blue Jaguar was involved with a man in a white Vauxhall combo van.
A Cleveland Police spokeswoman said: “The driver of the van then assaulted the man with an instrument, described as being similar to a trowel.”
