Couch to 5K is being launched by the Washington Running Club from Tuesday, July 11, at Biddick Academy at 6.30pm. The programme will run for nine weeks on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6.30pm for about 30 minutes and 8.30am on a Sunday. It is open to anyone aged 16 plus of any ability.
