Holders Hall Farm Glasshus made comfortabl­e progress in the Durham County Minor Cup, beating visitors Heighingto­n 3-0.

Martin Hope, Reece McEwan and sub Tom Foster notched for Farm, with Adam Elliott starring.

Farringdon Detached succumbed 6-1 to league leaders Horden Community Welfare as the newcomers met for the second week in a row.
