St Aidan’s school could be a ‘fantastic choice’ for your son

-

The staff and pupils of St Aidan’s started the 201718 academic year on a high having celebrated our best ever GCSE results in August 2017, topping the Sunderland league table with a score of 74% for Grade 4 or above in English and Maths (old A* - C).

There was much to celebrate for the 6th Form too with 2/5ths of pupils achieving grades A* - B and the same proportion achieving their 1st or 2nd choice of university place.

We are impressed at how hard our pupils are working in school and hope that results are equally, if not more, impressive in August 2018!

Whilst we are proud of our academic success, it is the strong bonds of friendship developed by our pupils, and the love and care the boys show for others in their community which make this a special place and one which we are proud to be part of.

Our aim is to inspire our boys to be happy, healthy, confident and tolerant individuals who flourish and achieve and who develop their gifts, whatever they may be.

We celebrate individual and team sporting success, enjoy fantastic music concerts, and are ever humbled at the amazing acts of generosity and selflessness of our pupils.

We are accepting admission applications for September 2018 and have a limited number of places in all year groups so why not come and visit and see what a fantastic choice St Aidan’s could be for your son’s education.
