Joseph, Tom, Steven and Rhys lead Washington to victory in high-scoring encounter

Joseph Fitzpatric­k and Tom Robson both bagged braces in Washington Pumas’ perfect performanc­e in a 6-4 win over South Shields Clarets.

Steven Knowles and Rhys Downey completed the scoring for the Pumas, while the Clarets hit back with strikes from Lewis Wales (2), Sean Kacher and Harley Hanson.

HFC United stormed to a stunning 9-2 triumph over Wear United, who had Jude Woolman on target.

George McShane (4), Ben Crows (3), George Barclay (2), Reuben Brown and Lucas Fearon all hit the net in Jarrow Mevericks’ 11-4 success over Washington United Whites.

The Whites replied through Liam Watkins (2), Milo Bond and Lucas Taylor.

Hetton Juniors Inter and Plains Farm Blues had to settle for a share of the spoils when they met.

Hetton’s goal came from Harry Hewitt, with Kai Thirtle responding for Plains Farm.

Hebburn Town Blues Barca went goal crazy when they fired 15 past Seaham Coast without reply.

Hebburn’s goals came from Emma Cook (3), Shaun Lowrie (3), Jack Armstrong (3), Ramin Whazledi (2), Bobby Bond (2), Harry Crompton and finally Evan Whelan.

Leam Rangers 3 defeated Houghton Albion 3-0.

Washington United Blues won 3-1 against Roker Rangers, thanks to strikes from Ethan Connelly (2) and Matthew Willis.

Roker Rangers responded through Logan Edmundson.

James Otters and Josh Goff scored as Hartlepool beat Whitburn & Cleadon Barca 2-0.

Durham United Tigers lost a 14-goal thriller against Swalwell Juniors, losing 8-6.

Swalwell had Liam Curry scoring five, with further goals coming from Mason Routledge, Jack Joyce and Jacob Greenwood.

Hebburn Town Blues Madrid edged out West Denton Lions 4-3.

South Shields Whites and Washington Athletic played out a stunning 3-3 draw.

South Tyneside Mosquito had Harry Walton and Josh Brown on target in a 2-2 draw with Swalwell Swifts.

DIVISION FIVE (CASTLE VIEW)

Whitburn & Cleadon Real had three players hitting a hat-trick in their 11-1 success over Hetton Town Gold Barca.

Will Newman, Ben Hanratty and Harry Hunter were the hattrick heroes, with Leo Frank rounding things off in the rout.

Hetton Lyons Bowes had Phoenix Findley (3), Thomas Bulmer (2) and Leon Coates scoring in their victory over South Moor Juniors.

Newton Aycliffe beat Consett Avengers 3-2, courtesy of goals from Adam Ketley, Will Dryden and Kai Hughes.
