Souter Lighthouse, the gift shop and tea room are now open daily until the end of November. Every Sunday until further notice, there will be 2k and 5k runs along timed courses from 9.15am to 11am on Souter’s scenic coast. These are open to runners of all levels and ages including absolute beginners, families and more experience­d runners. This is the perfect way to get fit and stay fit, with children of all ages accompanie­d by an adult and dogs on leads welcome. Some of the route is across uneven ground, possibly muddy in parts but both routes are accessible to pushchairs. Meet in the Welfare Field next to the car park.
