Face your fear to raise cash

-

Face a Fear is a one-of-a-kind fundraising event.

This July, get sponsored to face your fear and help to fund the British Heart Foundation’s life saving research.

Heart and circulatory diseases kill one in four people in the UK.

If we are going to beat heartbreak from these diseases, we need to be brave. Really brave.

So take part, and don’t let fear spoil your fun.

Kicking fear to the kerb feels great, especially when it’s for a good cause.

The money you raise will help the BHF realise its vision of a world without heart and circulatory diseases.

We’ll help you do it with plenty of fundraising and organising support.

Once you’ve picked your fear, sign up and give your fear the boot.

When you sign up you will also set up a Just Giving page to make it really easy for your family and friends to sponsor you.

For example, if you’re afraid of heights then there are plenty of ways to face your fear in your town or city.

Does the thought of climbing a local landmark and peeking over the edge make your knees knock?

Rope up with a local instructor or head to an indoor climbing centre. Abseiling is a fun physical way to get over your fear.

Conquer the skies in a tandem skydive.

Wind rushing through your hair, miles of open sky, parachute strapped to your back.

That’s how to face your fear of heights in style! British Heart Foundation Lyndon Place 2096 Coventry Road Sheldon Birmingham, B26 3YU.
