Mitchell Young fired in a hat-trick to help Port of Call storm to a convincing 7-0 victory over Ashbrooke Hendon.

Port of Call were simply too good for their Division One counterparts on the day and it was left to Alex Roke, Joe Lynn, Forster and Ellison to complete the scoring.

The Stackyard came out on top in this early top of the table clash against Grange Park.

In the second versus third clash, a brilliant Jake McDermott header was enough to snatch all three points as the two teams swapped places after the result.

However, Washington hit back and a disputed penalty scored by Robinson drew them level.

Meredith and Sanderson goals weren’t enough for The Grange to win the game after they were edged out 3-2 by Coundon Miners Arms.

However, Coundon had to fight back from two goals down to book their place in the next round.

Ryhope Forresters made light work of Lanchester, storming to a 7-2 success.
