Seven more deaths across North East
The number of corona virus related death sat Sunderland’ s main hospital trust has remained static following the publication of new figures.
NHS England’s announcement yesterday, means the number of coronavirus-related fatalities at South Tyne side and Sunderland NHS Foundation Trust stays at 311.
No public breakdown exists to outline how many of the victims are from Sunderland.
Seven more hospital deaths across the North East have been confirmed and the overall number of coronavirus deaths at English hospitals has jumped by 187 to 25,266.
The latest England-wide victims include a 14-year-old child.
In total, 1,276 people who had tested positive for coronavirus have died across the
North East’s hospital trusts.
