Premier League is back – and so is fantasy football

ith the Premier League set to return later this month, Fantasy Premier League managers can finally return to plotting their return to the top of their mini-leagues.

The pause in the season caused by the coronaviru­s pandemic has drasticall­y altered the make-up of some sides with several injured players having the chance to get fit again.

A classic example of this is Tottenham Hotspur who were a side riddled with injuries in March.

But now, boss Jose Mourinho has virtually a full squad to pick from with the likes of star striker Harry Kane now back and fully fit.

This means that players like Kane, who may have been a write-off in March, could now also play an integral part in Fantasy League managers’ sides.

Recognisin­g the exceptiona­l circumstan­ces football finds itself in, Fantasy Premier League are allowing unlimited transfers for all players in the lead up to game week 30.

Here’s everything you need to know about the restart of the season and those crucial unlimited transfers.

Champions-elect Liverpool remain a safe bet and most managers should host three Reds players in their squad.
