Anderson maintains perfect start with back-to-back wins

Cameron Anderson fired an 11-darter in week three of the Knack Premier League to maintain his 100% start with a 5-0 win over Stephen Squire.

That victory followed a 5-1 win over Barry Rutherford, with Cameron also hitting two 180s on the night.

Four time Champ Paul Williams continued his strong start with successes over Claire Stamper and Darren Patton which see's him move to top of the table.

Dave Prins made it six wins from six after two hard fought wins over the impressive duo of David Morris and Mark Wright 5-3 & 5-2 respective­ly with Prins firing in two maximums, a tremendous 161 checkout and two 15 darters with Wright replying with a 15 darter of his own.

John Kippen won both his games with a 5-2 win over Anth Skelton followed by a brilliant performanc­e to inflict a first defeat on fellow Tyne and Wearcounty­manDavidSt­okell by the same scoreline.

Adam Atkinson secured four points with a dominant 5-1 win over Eddie Ashman which saw Eddie drop his first points of the season, both players had two maximums while Atkinson had a 104 checkout.

Earlier Adam had to settle for a point after a thrilling 4-4 draw with David Stokell which saw Adam hit a 180 and a best leg of 14 darts while Stokell hit two 180s and two 15-darters including a superb 141 checkout, Ashman was a 5-2 winner over Mark Wright in his first game.

Geordie Morton had two wins over Andrew Ambler and Graeme Hills aided by a 180, Ambler recovered to whitewash Dougie Hall while Hills lost his other game to Barry Rutherford 5-3.

Tony Wood had two whitewash victories over Michael Naunton and Laura Patton which sees him go second.

Dan Mock had a win and a draw on the night with a hard fought 5-3 success over Mat

thew Hodgson followed by a draw against an excellent Claire Stamper, Hodgson put it right in his second game with a 5-0 win over Ross Guy, earlier Ross Guy was defeated 5-2 by Dougie Hall.

Philly Dunn drew with Stephen Squire and Anth Skelton with Dunn having a 116 finish and Skelton a 120.

Dan Gillibrand was a 5-1 winner over Laura Patton before David Morris picked up

his first win of the season with a 5-2 win over Gillibrand who fired in two 180s on the night.

Darren Patton won 5-2 against Neil Rose, who recovered to beat Michael Naunton 5-1 in his second game.
