Takeover is another step for Pacifica

Houghton-le-Spring-based Pacifica Group has increased the scale of its domestic appliance services division with an acquisition.

Suffolk firm TK Garnham & Sons Ltd will become part of Pacifica Appliance Services – one of the UK’s largest appliance repair specialists.

Wo r k i n g c l o s e l y w i t h manufacturers such Electrolux, Sony, Hisense, Vestel, Howdens (Lamona) and LG, Pacifica completes in excess of a quarter of a million repairs each year.

Founded 40 years ago, TK Garnham has become a highly successful, family-run appliance repair and service business completing around 25,000 jobs per year in East Anglia, Central England and the South East.

Current directors Darren and Keith Garnham – the sons of founder Terry Garnham – along with the company’s 30-strong workforce, will remain with the business, joining the team at Pacifica Group, which has more than 250 engineers operating throughout the country.
