Bowling winners lift their trophies
Lamlash are the winners of the Laidler and Gardner bowling club league for 2017.
The results were: Lamlash 20pts, Whiting Bay 10pts, Blackwaterfoot 8pts, Brodick 6pts.
Meanwhile, the early rounds of the federation matches were played on Monday June 12, with the finals night on Wednesday June 15. The results were: gents’ singles, J Robinson (Blackwaterfoot); ladies’ singles, A Frame (Whiting Bay); pairs, A McCrindle and R Crawford (Brodick); triples, I Heron, I Murchie and J Gibson (Lamlash).
