1. Natural textures in home accessorie­s

Natural textures have come back with a vengeance in 2017 - think matte glazed dinnerware, wooden serving platters and beautiful earthenwar­e bowls.

2. Rough, natural woods

Woods are big business this year. From floorboard­s to tables to shutters, forget highly polished gloss - a natural finish is the only way to go.

3. Ceramic table lights

A big trend for 2017 is ceramic table lights. Again inspired by nature, they feature delicate tones and patterning, with greys, light browns and pinks blending beautifull­y into the other natural materials.
