Wednesday August 30, Summer Trophy round 15, 23 played. Course conditions were excellent but the evening players had a plague of midges to contend with. CSS stayed at 63 and Stan Rainey bettered that by one to win from a following pack on 63.

Danny Head had the lowest scratch score of 67. Danny was initially reported as taking second place on 63 but a check of the handicap records showed that a recent away score at Lamlash, resulting in a one stroke reduction of handicap, had not come through the system. Magic twos Nicol Auld @14th and Frazer Barr @17th.
