MAD MOMENT IS CAUGHT ON A CAR’S DASH CAM
CLINGING precariously to the back of a bus, a schoolboy dices with death.
The frightening footage has been posted online showing the teenager on the back of the bus as it drives through the streets of an estate.
The video has been filmed from a car travelling behind the vehicle in Ryhope, Sunderland.
And the driver of the car can be heard shouting “oh my god” when seeing the boy.
The teenager, wearing a school uniform, appears to be standing on a small ledge on the bus while holding on to the bottom of the bus window.
He seems to glance back towards the camera before looking at other children walking to school.
As the bus approaches traffic and slows down, the boy jumps off the back of the vehicle and walks towards the pavement.
The video was uploaded on Facebook and has been shared more than 200 times.
The footage was shared with the comment: “When you’re late for school but have no bus fare. Watch this.”
One woman responded saying: “I literally was at the bus stop when he got on it. He mugged the driver and hopped on.”
Another user said: “Only in Sunderland.”
But other people have condemned the dangerous stunt.
One man said: “Can’t see the funny side of it.” Another said: “Canny dangerous like.”
Northumbria Police has been contacted for comment.
