Channel 4, 10pm IT doesn’t actually feel like this entertainment show is ever off the telly. But in fact, tonight it returns for its 11th series. Amazing longevity considering it started out as a spin-off show to accompany the Paralympics back in 2012.
Now double Bafta-nominated too, the live chat show, which sends up the week’s news, stands out due to the reliable wit of host Adam Hills, alongside Alex Brooker and Josh Widdecombe.
Reuniting at a crucial time in British politics, the trio will round-up and examine the main talking point of the week, including the latest general election news.
Tonight’s opening show welcomes Armando Iannucci to the couch. He’s the satirist behind critically-acclaimed shows Veep and The Thick Of It.
