ENJOY THE DREAMLINER FAST-TRACK TO FOREIGN CLIMES

-

NOW, I’ve never been on a ‘package holiday’ before. I’m more of a ‘book everything separately and hope for the best’ kind of girl. But with that comes the risk of lost bookings, lost luggage and a lost sense of direction. I didn’t realise the simplicity, convenience and security a package holiday offered.

And with Thomson’s new Dreamliner flight to Phuket direct from Birmingham Airport starting this November, it’s now getting even simpler. The firm is also launching a new direct flight to Goa from Birmingham this November, too.

Thomson Airways fly direct to a number of long haul destinations on their state-of-theart Dreamliner. With bigger windows you can dim at the touch of a button, mood lighting to help your body clock adjust and the Dreamliner’s cabin pressure, allowing more oxygen to be absorbed into your body, you’ll arrive at your destination feeling as fresh as a daisy.

I started my journey with an overnight stay at the Sofitel London Gatwick. As a busy, working mum-of-two, just the night I spent here would probably have been relaxing enough, without jetting to the other side of the world.

My room, overlooking the hotel atrium, was spacious and modern, and breakfast the next day was a real treat. But the best thing about the hotel, is not only does it have parking on site, but getting to Gatwick’s North Terminal takes just five minutes, as the two are linked by an enclosed bridge.
