Open borders and job cuts threat

started taking this matter seriously so that unemployed Brits are given a fair and equal chance to find work and re-training where needed.

ALAN PIPER I DON’T understand much of D Ratcliff’s criticism of Jeremy Corbyn, who fought back against disgusting criticism from many, including his own party. I have seen Jeremy take the rough from “leaning to the right” colleagues with dignity, and he has never given up the fight for a better Britain.

Most critics, acknowledging he was a “nice man”, and believed he didn’t stand a chance at the polling booth. But as he gained confidence, he has also gained more support.

I have noted increasing admiration for him from political news and discussion programme presenters, which is more than is happening for the PM, who keeps changing her mind about her intentions, and could not face the public in live debates with Jeremy and other party leaders. Theresa WHENEVER you lose the one you love Your heart feels so lonely and sad For they were the best and sometimes Only friend that you’ll ever have had For they’ll try and make you happy May consistently diverts to Brexit, her bolt hole, and has accused Jeremy of having an inability to negotiate with EU members, in spite of his ease at engaging with others.

She constantly tells us that she is a better negotiator, even though she gets flustered and angry when challenged.

She demands everything be done her way, whereas Jeremy Corbyn quietly listens and coaxes people to aim for an agreeable solution on all sides.

Now she is happy to tell everyone that she likes fox hunting and has put it on her manifesto to give Tories a free vote to withdraw the ban, even though a MORI survey in Should you ever feel sad And they’ll always walk by your side Whenever times get bad So hold on tight and never forget Those good and happy memories You now hold in your heart And the ones you have loved and lost Will walk by your side forever.

DONALD TYE, Wallsend December showed that 84% of the public were against it.

Can we really trust this unpleasant woman, who thinks the reintroduction of this cruel sport is more worthy of a place in the Tory manifesto than improving the quality of life for the needy, homeless, and sick?

M LOCKLAN, Jarrow THE people of the North East have to be careful who they vote for – if they vote Labour or Lib Dem they vote for open borders and less jobs.

CECIL BELL, Whickham TO Mrs May and Conservatives: Your hasty laws and thinking need to be stopped from causing pain and suffering to the elderly, patients and the sick. THE NHS, its doctors, teachers, and schoolchildren all deserve the help that they need.

Mrs May comes from a very wealthy family and will have no personal, or involved understanding of how the other half live.

We are a great nation and it’s very much like having someone trying to dictate to us all.

The horrifying fact is that she doesn’t seem to want to understand the people and families of this country who are not well off. With her laws they will struggle badly.

We, the people have great character and need to have people in government that recognise this. Please do not vote for Mrs May and the Conservatives.
