United need new faces to survive

-

WHILE Sunderland and Middlesbrough sadly drop back into the Championship, Newcastle step in to try and recover pride for the region next season.

However, after watching some of the Premiership teams playing especially Arsenal and Stoke City, it’s not going to an easy nine months.

We certainly need strengthening of the squad in defence and a couple of fast wingers with a class striker up front.

The present squad has done a great job of winning the Championship league in the last gasp of the season but lessons have to be learned over the relegation of Middlesbrough and Sunderland.

The Premier League has some excellent teams which we have to face next season and it is imperative that we get off to a good start with a few extra class players.

The problem here is that the top class players not only want a minimum of £100,000-plus a week but are apparently only CLIMATE change a constant thought To reduce our footprint down to nought This world of ours could soon expire Unless we make this our desire Autumn is up and running now As warmth of summer leaves the brow Early bright sunrise a welcome sight My friend the robin looks so bright His glorious song forever clear To all who are fortunate to hear My little friend upon the wing He always makes time to sing He serenades the magpie the crow The thrush, the starling as they go The swift swallow in controlled flight, To loop and swoop its sheer delight interested in joining successful teams such as Arsenal, Chelsea, Tottenham, Manchester United and City.

Not only do they want lots of money but treasured winners medals. Whatever happens next season it will be a struggle Soon life upon the ground and pond Will slow to life at nature’s wand The rabbit, hedgehog, fox and mouse To feed themselves will have to browse Household pets, the cat, the dog Always amused by stout, toad or frog As autumn moves on a steady pace For nature to evolve with such grace Snowdrops, daffs soon on their way Trees cast their leaves a fine display Cycle of life begins yet again For lives survival we must retain.
