EMMA was willing to manipulate a man with dementia, so she was never going to have any qualms about playing mind games with poor Arthur. She needs to destroy the videos but, after her attempts to get her hands on the incriminating footage fail, Emma decides to set a trap for the schoolboy.

She sneaks into Mulberry Cottage to find the video but Laurel returns unexpectedly and confronts her.

Emma then decides to target Arthur, who doesn’t give in as easily as she thought, and even warns the nurse that he is going to tell his mum everything.

Sadly, Laurel later plays straight into Emma’s hands when she asks her friendly, bunny-boiling local nurse for advice on Arthur’s bedwetting.

Looks like Emma’s about to use the information to her advantage...

Elsewhere, Rhona decides to drop the charges against Pierce in the wake of the break-ins – until his smug reaction convinces her otherwise. But her anger begins to turn to fear again when she considers the realities of going to trial.

Money goes missing from the Home Farm account and a clay pigeon shoot goes awry when Chrissie’s biological uncle Tim ends up pointing one of the guns at Lawrence, who really should know better than to leave firearms lying around the place by now.

Paddy brings Harriet back to the village, Tracy is horrified to discover Frank cheated on Megan with Charity, and Bernice decides on a new career as a marriage guidance counsellor. Well, she should have no shortage of customers...
