OXHILL Central were in goalscorin­g mood when they travelled to Burnopfiel­d Hobson Golf in Division One.

Dan Maddison scored four, Matty Allison two and Ian Monkley, Luke Allison and Sean Hodgson one each as they came away with an emphatic 9-2 victory.

Champions Blackhall Mill and Chopwell edged out Consett Top Club 3-2 courtesy of a double from Derek Waters and a single from Arron Fletcher.

Carl Malpass and Michael Hannant registered for Top Club.

Goals from Dean Hall and Craig Lowden helped Winlaton Highlander to a 2-1 win over Consett Demi, who had Keith Coulter on target.

Jon Wright scored twice and Michael Hall, Ryan McPherson and Scott Thompson once in Consett Cricketers Ex-Juniors’ 5-2 victory over South Moor Sports.

Jamie Blanchard nabbed both of Moor’s counters.

Eight goals earned Craghead Legion all three points as they hosted rivals Stanley RAFA in Division Two.

Chris Woods claimed three of them and Steve Burrows two, with Aaron Wilkinson, Jamie Armstrong and Aaron Love also registerin­g in the 8-0 victory.

David Carrington, Dan Peacock and Jordan Murray all netted during Consett The Barn’s 3-1 triumph at Consett Snooker Club, who had Nathan Johnson on the scoresheet.

Burnopfiel­d Sun Inn defeated Winlaton Crown and Cannon by the same scoreline.

Michael Clarke, Chris Snowball and an own goal went in Inn’s favour, Ryan Pearce replying for Crown.

Consett Finnians ran riot as they put 15 past Chopwell Central in Division Three.

Sean Rafferty scored five of the impressive tally and Rio Connelly and Dean Bruce both recorded hat-tricks.

Dan Lumley notched twice and Ross Laybourne and Jason Wyatt once each.

A hat-trick from Jon Swift took High Handenhold Bird Inn to a second successive victory, defeating Annfield Plain Demi 3-0.

Three strikes from Michael Herdman and one each from Rory O’Hagan, Dan Reed and Graeme Stones saw Shotley Cricketers edge out Chesterle-Street St Cuthbert’s 6-5.

Tom Parker bagged two for CLS, with Miller Fletcher, Andy Graham and Lewis Walker also on target.

Adam Kilty netted two and Adam Woodward the other as Crookhall Beck defeated Stanley Imperial Hotel 3-1, Chris Phillips responding for Imperial.

A double from Luke Rowe was not enough to earn Annfield Plain Cricket Club a point as they were edged out 3-2 by Tantobie, whose counters came courtesy of Dan Greenhalgh, Alex Liddell and an own goal.
