JESMOND FC moved to the summit with a 4-1 victory over Newcastle Chemfica Amateurs.

Louis Tiplady netted a hat-trick with Alex Cole also on the scoresheet for Jesmond, Shakil Mashud notching for Chemfica.

Killingwor­th YPC Cobras made it three wins in a row with success by the same scoreline at West Jesmond.

Jamie Dunn, Daniel Medlen, Abdul Bied and Reece Calvert were on target for Killy, Myles Ferraro countering for West.

Gosforth Bohemian Reserves and Ponteland United Reserves shared the spoils in a 4-4 draw.

DURHAM City Reserves claimed a 4-0 victory over Jarrow Reserves in the Durham Alliance Combinatio­n League.

Seaton United lost 5-2 at West Auckland Tunns while leaders Horden Communuty Welfare were edged out 2-1 by second-placed Wheatley Hill WMC - the two sides joint top of the table after this result.
