A HOST OF NORTH EAST PUBS ARE INCLUDED IN THE GOOD PUB GUIDE 2018, WRITES WHAT’S ON EDITOR

As we reported a few days ago, The Lord Crewe Arms in Blanchford was named the Inn of the Year for the whole country.

But many others across ‘Northumbri­a’ have also been given special mention – in particular The Feathers, at Hedley on the Hill, which has been named Dining Pub of the Year for the region.

For the Good Pub Guide, Northumbri­a covers Tyneside, Northumber­land and County Durham.
