THE LATEST PRODUCTS AND GLAMOUR GOSSIP

-

AS WE hurtle headlong towards Christmas we are awash with gorgeous beauty goodies, which we know we are supposed to be buying as gifts, but really quite want to buy for ourselves.

Cases in point Yardley London’s English Rose Hand Cream Cracker, £4, above, (yardleylondon.co.uk), and this Color Wow Christmas Cracker, £10 at feelunique.com which contains a Color Wow Carb Cocktail Bionic Tonic (50ml) for coloured hair.

The crackers would look fab on the Christmas dinner table... or just your own dressing table!

RITUALS’ new winter limited edition collection, The Ritual of Anahata, contains a blend of ingredients inspired by the ancient chakra philosophy from India.

Anahata, the heart chakra, is home to compassion and kindness and the range contains rosewood – known for its calming properties and pine which helps to reduce stress levels and is an excellent mood elevator.

If you haven’t the time to soak in the Ritual of Anahata Bath Oil (£13.50) or to slather yourself in the Body Cream (£19.50), get a quick hit with the Foaming Shower Gel (£8.50) which, on contact with water, transforms from gel to a luxurious foam. Oh, and it smells amazing, rituals.com

CELEB SECRET

THE newly blonde Selena Gomez, right, showed off a sexy look at the American Music Awards last earlier this month.

Her make-up was the work of Hung Vanngo, global artistry ambassador for Marc Jacobs Beauty. He achieved Selena’s perfect pout using Le Marc Creme in Slow Burn (£25), getting the look by dabbing it on with his fingers rather than using a brush.

The 25-year-old’s youthful flush was enhanced with a sweep of Air Blush Soft Glow Duo in Flesh & Fantasy (£28).
