A 3-2 WIN over Consett Cricketers Ex-Juniors has put Oxhill Central level at the top of Division One.

Strikes from Liam Davison, Callum Boakes and Joe Gill spearheaded the slender victory over the Cricketers, who had Ryan McPherson and Scott Thompson on target.

Dan Walker and Andrew Whitfield both scored twice as Consett Scotch Arms defeated South Moor Sports 5-2.

Joe Johnson also found the net for Scotch, Jamie Leathard and Aaron Richardson netting for Moor.

Consett The Barn pushed home their advantage at the top of the Division Two table with a vital victory over title rivals Lanchester Cricket Club.

Just one goal proved the difference, Dan Peacock’s finish allowing the Barn to extend their lead over the chasing pack.

Stanley Ball Alley heaped further misery on Stanley RAFA courtesy of a 7-1 triumph.

Ryan Armin scored twice and Kieron Gordon, Iain Curson, Steve Eglon, Matt Dixon and Grant Parker also registered, Jake Milligan replying for RAFA.

Goals from Nathan Johnson, Paul Graham, Tom Soutar and Jamie Turnbull earned Consett Snooker Club a 4-1 success over Consett Station WMC, who had Jack Sanderson on target.

Chris Phillips was a thorn in the side of Tantobie as his goalscoring exploits earned his side Stanley Imperial Hotel all three points in Division Three.

Phillips hit the net seven times as Imperial trounced the bottom club 10-0, their other counters coming from Chris Coram, Jordan Coulson and Dan Eves.
