10 Newcastle United victories over Manchester United at St James’
SUNDAY sees the battle of the Uniteds at St James’ Park.
That’s Newcastle v Manchester, of course.
The pair first met in 1895 when the team from Manchester were called Newton Heath.
The last meeting came in November 2017 when Jose Mourinho’s men ran out 4-1 winners at Old Trafford after Dwight Gayle’s 14th-minute opener had given the visitors brief hope.
Sunday will be a major challenge for the Magpies, but the Toon have often come out on top against that other United at Gallowgate.
