THE boys are back with a new series of their award-winning show. According to reports, there’ll be no little Ant & Dec this time, but many of the other features that make Saturday Night Takeaway such as success are back. There’s the celebrity announcer (this week, it’s The Voice mentor Olly Murs), undercover pranks, Ant vs Dec and Scarlett Moffatt, who will take part in an audacious stunt. All this, plus Kylie Minogue and the chance to win the ads.
ENDEAVOUR Tomorrow, ITV, 8pm
IN DECEMBER 1963, two months before his assassination in New York, civil rights campaigner Malcolm X made a speech in the halls of the Oxford University Student Union, setting out his political philosophy and his understanding of the nature of racism. Tonight, the detective drama prequel takes inspiration from this, as Morse deals with social tensions in the city as a protest at a hair salon exposes escalating racial unrest.
MASTERCHEF Monday, BBC1, 9pm
MONDAY evenings on BBC1 are about to be dominated by culinary programmes. Classic Mary Berry gets matters under way at 8.30pm, luring in viewers for this 14th series of MasterChef.
Gregg Wallace and John Torode are in charge once again, and they’re sticking to the show’s well-worn recipe for success.
The opening edition introduces us to seven hopefuls who must use ingredients from the MasterChef market to produce a dish in an hour and 10 minutes. Three of them will then leave the competition, with the remaining four left to battle for a place in the quarter-final.
100 YEARS YOUNGER IN 21 DAYS Tuesday, ITV, 9pm
IN THIS unique and immersive series, eight household names take part in a bold experiment. June Brown, Claire King, Roy Walker, Sid Owen, Sherrie Hewson, Shaun Ryder, Sandra Martin and Russell Grant are aiming to find out if it really is possible to stop the ageing process and reverse the effects of Old Father Time. Over the next three weeks, we’ll see if they can lose 100 years between them without going under the knife. The group members head to Sardinia
where they’ll spend 21 days under the guidance of no-nonsense nutritionist Thor, perky personal trainer Simone and dermatologist Dr Chopra.
THE WORLD’S MOST EXTRAORDINARY HOMES Wednesday, BBC2, 8pm
AWARD-WINNING architect Piers Taylor and actress and property enthusiast Caroline Quentin return to explore more extraordinary homes around the world. In the opening episode, the pair travel to Portugal, and come across four very different properties. These include one owned by British ex-pats Neil and Shirley; a house built within a pine forest near the Atlantic coast, and a property hidden in the mountainous region of Peneda-Geres National Park.
WEINSTEIN: THE INSIDE STORY Thursday, BBC1, 9pm
HARVEY WEINSTEIN was once one of the most successful producers in Hollywood, but beneath the glitz and glamour there was a dark story of threats, bullying and allegations of sexual assault. Ahead of this weekend’s 90th Academy Awards, which has been somewhat overshadowed by the scandals hitting the movie business, this Panorama special investigates Weinstein’s spectacular fall from grace and the extraordinary efforts he made to silence his accusers and keep his secrets hidden.

COVERAGE of the evening session on the second day of the World Indoor Championships at Arena Birmingham. The women’s 60m will come to a conclusion with the running of both the semi-finals and final. There will also be finals staged in the men’s long jump and women’s shot put, while the women’s pentathlon will conclude with the long jump and 800m.
