SAY CHEESE!

-

YOU might think you’ve seen it all, and then you witness ex-EastEnder Sid Owen smearing his entire body in goat’s cheese while sitting in a milk Jacuzzi.

Yes there have certainly been some surprising moments in this series, which has seen celebrities battle to shave years off their brain, body and face ages.

Sid, and pals June Brown, Claire King, Roy Walker, Sherrie Hewson, Shaun Ryder, Russell Grant and Sandra Martin have also tried snail facials, coffee enemas and, believe it or not, cow urine shampoo.

That last one might have just

100 YEARS YOUNGER IN 21 DAYS ITV, 9pm

been the production crew having a laugh, but we’ll never know.

They are past the half-way mark now and most are taking it quite seriously – which makes the voiceover jar a bit as the narrator quips about their “dilapidated bodies” and “faded faces”.

It all becomes rather emotionally-charged for Sherrie as she tries to meditate, with the help of guest expert and long-time meditator, Corrie’s Bill Roache.

“Why should I do it if it’s upsetting me?” asks Sherrie, in tears.

Meanwhile, anti-ageing nutritionist Thor starts inspecting their food choices at lunch time, making some unhappy.

“Oh God if she talked any longer... I was going to eat her,” moans Sandra.

Blonde beauty Thor, who unbelievably is 58, somehow seems to look even younger than she did in the last episode. She’s that good at her job, it’s like watching Benjamin Button.

“Let’s push them harder,” she says. You’ll be rooting for them all to succeed.
