NEWCASTLE Community Football is holding coaching courses for four to 11-year-olds during the school Easter holidays.
Week one of the courses - from April 3-6 - will be staged at Corbridge First School, Richard Coates Middle School in Ponteland and Gateshead Power League (10.00-3.30).
Week two courses - April 9-12 are at Wylam First School and Gateshead Power League (10.003.30)

■■REDHEUGH Blacks defeated Newcastle Westgate 2-0 to progress in the Apollo Doors Gateshead Youth League’s Under-12 League Cup.
■■WHICKHAM Fellside Yellows overcame Wallsend Community 6-1 and Stocksfield beat Wallsend Town 3-1 in the Apollo Doors Gateshead Youth League’s Under-15 Division.
■■THE semi-finals of the Global Image Embroidery NFA Sunday Junior Cup will be staged tomorrow.
Forest Hall Under-18s face Cramlington United Under-17s and Burradon under-17s meet Wideopen Under-17s (both 1.30).
■■NEWCASTLE City Milan will take on Newcastle East End Whites in the final of the TyneMet College NFA Rangers Cup for under-16 sides.
In the last four the Whites saw off Berwick Rangers 6-1 while Milan accounted for Ponteland United PSG 2-0.
■■NEWCASTLE City are certain to win the McDonald’s Under-15 Boys Cup after two of the club’s teams won through to the final.
City’s Juniors defeated Ellington 6-1 while City’s Milan squad triumphed 2-0 against Wallsend BC.
■■CRAMLINGTON Whites host Stakeford CFC in the last eight of the Quadrant Leisure CIC NFA Cubs Cup for under-12 sides tomorrow (1.30).
■■THE Newcastle United Foundation is to launch a weekly SSE Wildcats Girls Football Centre.
The initiative, designed to inspire girls aged five to 11 to become involved in football, will see a regular girls-only coaching session at United’s first-team training base in Benton.
Sessions will be held on Wednesdays from April 18 (4.205.20) and will cost £16 for the length of the centre.
The programme will run for 16 weeks.
