IT'S the world's greatest steeplechase, drawing a huge global audience for a spectacle unlike anything else. And tomorrow's Grand National promises to be another memorable event.
Last year's winner, One For Arthur, ridden by Derek Fox, became only the second Scottishtrained winner of the famous race.
As it stands, Betfred currently has Total Recall and Anibale Fly as joint favourites at 10/1. Total Recall has been in impressive form since joining trainer Willie Mullins, and Anibale Fly trainer Tony Martin is also optimistic: "Fingers crossed he'll run a good one and get a bit of luck."
To help you get involved in all the action at Aintree, we have put together this easy-to-use sweepstake kit.
Opposite are the names of the 40 top horses, plus four reserves should any of the top 40 pull out, along with a guide to each horse's form and the odds from Betfred (information correct at the time of writing).
We suggest charging £2 a ticket, which will give you a kitty of £80.
Cut out the names opposite, throw them in a bag or box, get your friends or workmates to draw a ticket and fill in the list, right, with the details of who has picked what. The winner will take away £40, the second £25, the third £10 and the fourth a fiver. Good luck!
