MAY has arrived, and this month’s releases read like a best of.

The compelling Little Nightmares finally gets a full release on the Switch, Agent 47 is back with a definitive edition in Hitman and Street Fighter fans can feel both old, and excited by the release of a 30th Anniversary Collection.

HITMAN: DEFINITIVE EDITION PS4, XBOX ONE. Release: May 18

OF all the titles to get an episodic series, Hitman seemed the most unlikely candidate.

For fans who missed the six-part series the first time around, this definitive edition will be a mustbuy.

This new release packages together the base game and all its DLC – meaning you get the Game of the Year Edition content, the Summer Bonus Episode and the Blood Money Requiem pack.

On top of that you get three new skins, including Mini Ninjas, Freedom Fighters and Kane & Lynch.

With more than 100 hours of gameplay, fans of the series will struggle to find a better collection.

LITTLE NIGHTMARES: COMPLETE EDITION Switch. Release: May 18

LAST year’s critically acclaimed Little Nightmares finally comes to the Switch.

Tapping into your childhood fears, you play as Six, a rain-coated, bare foot child who wakes up in a dark cell.

With nothing but a lighter for protection, Six ventures from foreboding room to foreboding room in a bid to escape ‘The Maw’.

This unsettling facility is deep underwater and filled with sickeningly monstrous inhabitants – all of whom want to catch the tiny child.

The game’s hauntingly beautiful graphic style only fans the flames of fear and, to be fair, the villains are not to be sniffed at.

There’s the hideous butcher brothers, twisted chubby chefs who will put Six on the menu if they catch her. There’s the Janitor, with incredibly long arms who lurks in the darkness to grab at you. And then there’s The Maw’s guests, who come to the facility to eat – and nothing will stand in their way.

It’s smart, it’s grotesque and it’s an absolute must-play.
