VENOM #1

WITH the Venom movie out towards the end of this year, now’s a great time to release a new comic.

Set in the wake of SHIELD’s collapse, it casts light on the relationship Eddie Brock has with his symbiote partner, and what it would take to tear them apart.

With an ancient evil bubbling beneath the streets of New York, Venom faces a threat unlike any before.

Written by Donny Cates (Doctor Strange, Thanos), with art by Ryan Stegman (Amazing SpiderMan: Renew Your Vows, Uncanny Avengers), Venom #1 is out now priced £4.25.

YOU can’t keep a good anti-hero down, and John Rambo is a prime example.

The script is said to pitch the Vietnam vet against one of Mexico’s most violent cartels, as he sets out in search of a friend’s kidnapped daughter.

Shooting is said to tentatively be penciled in to begin in September.
