EATING cheese and drinking full-fat milk could improve heart health, new research shows. People who consumed three dairy portions a day had a lower risk of heart disease and stroke in a study of 130,000 volunteers. However, health chiefs still advise eating two to four fat-free or low-fat dairy servings a day but avoiding full-fat products as much as possible.

A NEW survey of US Facebook users discovered that 44% of those aged between 18 and 29 deleted the social media app from their phones over the past year while 42% took a break of several weeks.

THE department store this week revealed it has called in auditing firm KPMG to help turn it around. Chairman Sir Ian Cheshire has insisted that the chain is not heading for insolvency.
