All guns blazing against Foxes

- Mick Quinn United striker Joselu

know the city and the club will air their views but we can debate with them and try to present the truth.

That is what I do whenever I am on TalkSport. I preach the gospel according to Newcastle United because I know what a special club it is and how magnificent the fans are.

If fans are so offended by Moose’s views, ring up and tell him what Newcastle’s like but Moose is entitled to his opinion - no matter how ignorant it may be. the tempo. When I was a Newcastle player, we played in some classics against Leicester - including two 5-4s - and although I don’t expect this game to be as high-scoring I want to see United trying to force the visitors deep when they can.

If Rondon is fit, I would start him. If he is not, I would go with Joselu. I have not seen enough of Yoshinori Muto to make a full judgement on him yet but he looks a bit lightweight to me and I think he will take a little time to adapt to the Premier League.

The onus is on Joselu’s teammates to create chances for the Spaniard and then he must take them. It is about a change of mindset from Newcastle - St James’ Park is their home and they need to stamp their authority there.

We need that first win to arrive as soon as possible. Otherwise the negativity grows and it is a weight hanging around their neck.

Rather than playing with the handbrake on, Newcastle need to release it and push down on the accelerator. That is the only way the goals will start flowing.
